Dachshund caught being silly: his look speaks volumes

Los Angeles (USA) - When comedian Christina Kirkman (32) from the USA found a torn-up cuddly toy in her apartment, she didn't have to look far for the culprit. Her dachshund Winston could hardly hide his remorse and his owner had no choice but to record the whole thing on video.

The cute four-legged friend, who lives with his owner in Los Angeles , looked more than a little dazed at the camera when his owner Christina discovered the mess on the carpet and spoke to him about it.

"I've only just given you this," said the 32-year-old sternly. "You wanted it, didn't you?"

She was referring to the black and white cuddly toy, although not much is left of it. Dachshund Winston had done a great job and had plucked out the inside of the toy.

According to the dog's owner, the four-legged friend only needed five seconds to completely destroy the brand new cuddly toy. And Winston obviously knows very well that this is not okay.

The look he gives his owner is an - admittedly sweet - mixture of remorse, fear of possible punishment and perhaps a little sadness over the broken toy.

If you take a look at the other videos on the TikTok profile dedicated to the dachshund, it quickly becomes clear that the four-legged friend is never particularly affectionate with his toy.

Whether this is because he loves destruction or is simply always far too excited when he gets something as a present remains to be seen. However, this unpleasant trait not only affects his owner Christina, but also his sister Willa. The dachshund lady has often had to watch Winston tamper with her toys - and leave very little behind.

But is it even possible to be angry with these dachshund eyes? We think quite clearly: no!
