California (USA) - When Tyler Christine was strolling through a second-hand store in California a few days ago, she made a surprising discovery - and couldn't help but beam with joy.

"Words can't describe how excited I am," the young American explained as she shared a video of her buying experience on TikTok . "I found my dream dresser after searching for months."

And indeed: in the video, Tyler can be seen leaning radiantly against the wooden piece of furniture, which is a real eye-catcher with its ornate details - chic ornaments, playful gold handles and curved feet.

The chest of drawers was only supposed to cost 50 US dollars (around 48 euros). "Normally something like this costs around 300 US dollars (approx. 288 euros, editor's note)," says Tyler enthusiastically.

No wonder she snapped it up immediately and had two friends pick it up the next day.

Once it arrived at her new home, this piece of jewelry replaced a wardrobe that the TikToker had simply not been able to see for ages.

Until now, Tyler only owned an "annoying, broken, ugly IKEA dresser" on which she had her TV. She also explained how fed up she was with this piece of furniture in the comments of an update video: "It was really hideous."

A few years ago, she still liked it. Since then, however, "my style has changed drastically". And so a new TV cabinet was needed.

All the better that she has now found it second-hand for a bargain price.

Tyler still can't believe her luck: "I think it's become my favorite thing in this room. I could sit in my room and stare at it all day, I'm serious."
