Unusually buttoned up: why pop star Madonna kneels in the cemetery
Michigan (USA) - Pop star Madonna (66, "Hung Up") is actually known for her shrill productions. On Friday, the 66-year-old showed a completely different side of herself.

Together with her daughter Lourdes (28), the singer visited the grave of her brother Christopher Ciccone, who died of cancer at the beginning of the month.
Pictures that Madonna posted in her Instagram story show the superstar unusually buttoned up at the Kawkawlin cemetery in the US state of Michigan.
The 66-year-old paused for a moment in front of her brother's marble gravestone to lay flowers. The singer described her visit to the Midwest of the USA as a "homecoming".
Christopher, who died at the age of 63, and Madonna had a close relationship. As PEOPLE reported, brother and sister worked and lived side by side for much of their lives.
There was radio silence between Madonna and brother Christopher Ciccone for some time

Two days after his death, the singer published a tribute to her brother and wrote that he was the person who was "closest" to her for a long time.
"We held hands and danced our way through the madness of our childhood," the 66-year-old wrote on Instagram .
In fact, the dance was a kind of superglue that held them both together. However, Madonna also admitted that there were difficult years together. For example, there were times when she and Christopher did not speak to each other.
The mother of the two siblings never got to experience any of this. She died in 1963 at the age of just 30, when Madonna was only five!
