London - What's going on between Tom Cruise (62) and Ana de Armas (36)? The two Hollywood stars were recently spotted together several times in London.

Their mysterious date on Valentine's Day had fueled numerous speculations about a possible romantic relationship. So are Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas really in love?

As People reported, the two stars don't seem to be together after all. Rather, they met to work on a joint project.

According to the report, both were accompanied by director Doug Liman (59) - but the name of the new film project is still unknown.

Cruise is currently working on "Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning", which will be released in cinemas on May 23, while de Armas will be seen in the John Wick spin-off "Ballerina".

Cruise can also be seen in the upcoming film by Alejandro González Iñárritu (61) - as the most powerful man in the world on a desperate mission. Recently , however, filming came to a standstill .

Almost five years ago, Cruise had hinted that he and Liman were teaming up for an ambitious astronaut movie, in which the actor would even shoot scenes in space in collaboration with NASA and SpaceX. Cruise and Liman previously worked together in 2014 for the sci-fi film 'Edge of Tomorrow'.

In 2023, Cruise confirmed to Variety that the project, which does not yet have a name, is still in the works. "We've been working on it diligently," he said at the time. "We'll see where we go."
