Lafayette (USA) - For many, a successful December is not just about visiting Christmas markets, baking cookies and buying presents - it also includes watching a Christmas movie or two! " Kevin - Home Alone " is one of the absolute classics. Now five kids from the famous McCallister family have come together again for a reunion after decades!

Since the early 1990s, "Kevin - Home Alone" (1990) and "Kevin - Alone in New York" (1992) have been a firm fixture in the Christmas program for many families around the world. The stories about the small but cunning Kevin McCallister (Macaulay Culkin, 44), who is accidentally left behind by his family at Christmas two years in a row, remind viewers of what really matters during the festive season.

In the small US town of Lafayette, not far from New York City, there was a very special reunion on Sunday: Five kids from the large McCallister family met up in a toy store!

"This was the first time they've all been together in over 30 years," the store wrote on a series of photos of the reunion posted on Instagram (see below).

While Kevin actor Macaulay Culkin and his brother Kieran Culkin (42), who plays his cousin Fuller in the films, were absent from the reunion, Devin Ratray (47) was among those present.

Ratray is likely to be well remembered by fans, as he played the role of Kevin's eldest brother Buzz in both films, who repeatedly plays dirty with his younger brother.

Kristen Minter (59, cousin Heather), Michael Maronna (47, brother Jeff), Angela Goethals (47, sister Linnie) and Jed Cohen (48, cousin Rod) were also present at the reunion in the toy store.

You can see from the photos posted that the (former) McCallister kids obviously had a lot of fun at their reunion.
