Actress (†24) found dead: Shocking new details come to light
Vermont/New York City (USA) - US actress Sophie Nyweide ("Mammoth") has died at the age of just 24 . New information sheds a sad light on her much too short life.
Nyweide, once a celebrated child star, was found dead on a riverbank on April 14.
As reported by TMZ , Sophie was pregnant at the time of her death - according to her death certificate.
The investigation has been in full swing ever since. An accidental drug overdose is suspected, but the exact cause of death is not yet known.
According to her family, Sophie had used drugs occasionally in the past, apparently to cope with traumatic experiences.

Her mother Shelly explained that Sophie was not alone at the time of her death. A possible external cause is therefore not ruled out.
According to The Sun, an autopsy was carried out on the 24-year-old and she was then cremated. A specific date for the funeral is not known.
The family has asked that donations be made in Sophie's name to RAINN - an organization that supports victims of sexual violence -instead of flowers.
