Woman thinks date is going well until the guy pulls something out of his pocket
Gainesville (USA) - With her looks, influencer Lauren can certainly hardly save herself from dates. Unfortunately, this doesn't save her from unpleasant encounters. The US-American now reports on a completely crazy situation on TikTok and goes viral.
There's always a risk of disappointment on first dates - especially if you've only met the person online. However, Lauren's meeting ended up being so strange that she immediately decided there would be no reunion.
She explains what happened in a - rather hectic - video on TikTok:
"I just got back from the most horrible first date of my life and I need a therapist," she says, trembling. "I have a trauma."
She reports that she had been in contact with a man via social media for some time until he finally asked her out in real life. Lauren found him appealing on the outside and liked his nice manner, so she agreed.
When they met in a restaurant shortly afterwards, it initially looked like a really pleasant date. "I thought to myself: 'Oh, this is going to be nice'," recalls the young woman from Gainesville . Delicious starters followed, during which the two had a good chat. Then Lauren had to go to the toilet for a moment.

After she returned to the table, her dating partner suddenly showed her a book. The contents completely confused Lauren: the book contained hundreds of photos of her and the strange man as a couple - even though the American hadn't taken a single picture with him.
Shortly afterwards, Lauren realized what her counterpart had done: "He had an AI generate photos of the two of us in case we became a couple." Lauren's throat tightened with every page, as the pictures not only showed the two of them, but also possible children, dogs together and an imaginary married life.
While the man showed her the scrapbook, Lauren realized that he was really serious about the completely crazy situation. Not knowing how he would react to rejection, the young woman remained polite and somehow got the evening over with without bringing up the album.
"That was crazy," she says in her clip. "And I don't think I'll be going out again anytime soon." Of course, she never wants to see the man from her horror date again.
