A frustrated man shared his experiences in a Reddit post. Among other things, he described how his roommate neither clears his dishes nor folds his laundry and constantly forgets to remember his keys.

Last Tuesday, the author vented his anger and wrote that he had been living with his boyfriend for seven years.

Although he described him as a "nice guy", he noted that his behavior had recently become increasingly "lazy".

"We have a dishwasher, but he leaves his used dishes outside for days. [...] He never cleans, leaves his long hair in the shower drain and expects me to do the laundry," said the anonymous user.

He went on to explain that he was getting fed up with his flatmate's behavior and had asked him to at least clean up after himself. But after just a few days, he fell back into his old patterns.

Man annoyed that his flatmate always forgets the keys

What bothers him most, however, is his flatmate's habit of constantly forgetting his keys. This forced him to "drop everything just to open the door for him".

After his flatmate was left without a key for the third time, the author suggested having a spare key made and leaving it in the shed. At the same time, however, he warned him that he wouldn't be able to help the next time.

But the flatmate forgot his keys again - this time on a "cold and rainy day ". The author then told him again that he wouldn't leave anything for him, but would make his way home as soon as he had finished shopping.

"To make it a bit more petty, I went to a few more stores and really took my time deciding what I wanted to buy. When I got home, it was sitting in the shed - mostly dry, but very cold. He never made an extra key, but he never forgot his own after that," the poster concluded his post.
