Idaho (USA) - It was supposed to be just a cute video of her daughter playing. But since Justice Tew (23) watched the clip again and posted it on TikTok, she's not the only one who has been left breathless.

The viral video begins as it was meant to. In it, the little girl is happily crawling around among her toys in her home in Idaho.

Then comes the mysterious moment: Suddenly, the baby's back right leg lifts up. It doesn't look as if the child is actively stretching it upwards, but as if it is being pulled up.

But there is no one behind the girl who could lift her leg. Not only the little girl's mother has been confused ever since, but also many TikTok users.

The curious clip has received more than six million clicks in less than a week, plus a good 300,000 likes.

"Can someone explain this?" asks the young woman in the comment column next to the video.

"I stopped the recording to look at it again and realized it looked like she was pulling something," Justice Tew said in an interview with Newsweek this week.

After that, she said, she was a little scared and worried. "So I immediately started praying for her and the house," the 23-year-old told the US magazine.

But while the mother has been worried about a possible ghost in her home for several days, some users are much more relaxed about the matter.

Several of them write in the comments column that the little girl can be seen in the clip bending her left arm. The right leg would therefore go up to restore balance and prevent a fall.

In fact, this explanation seems to be conclusive, even if at the end it looks a little as if someone is pulling on the girl's leg.

But one thing is certain: the video is a complete success.
