Mother blushes at what son says about her work at school: But then everything turns
USA - "Mom makes videos in her room. But only when I'm not at home." Aurora McCausland's son (5) blurted out this sentence in front of the assembled class at his preschool. His teacher later took the mother aside at pick-up time to confront her with the boy's statement. The US-American woman's face immediately flushed with shame. But in the end, everything turned out differently than you might think.

Last week, the young woman posted on her TikTok channel. There she reported on the embarrassing situation, which had been a misunderstanding.
While it sounded, at least to adults, as if McCausland was producing raunchy videos at home, she was actually filming clips of herself cleaning.
The content creator now has more than 200,000 followers and has achieved tens of thousands of clicks with at least some of her videos - a business model that allows her to earn money .
The clip in which she describes the embarrassing situation has since received 1.6 million clicks and a good 150,000 likes.
But was McCausland able to credibly clear up the misunderstanding?

"I've realized that making a big deal out of misunderstandings like this doesn't help the situation at all," the influencer said in an interview with Newsweek.
That's why she quickly explained to her son's teachers. Many would have expected such an explanation from her anyway, said the TikToker.
She also took her son aside because of his misleading statement. "We talked about the fact that mom films in all rooms of the house (...) He's often at home when I'm filming, but not in my videos, so he phrased it that way."
McCausland was keen to emphasize that she doesn't produce erotic videos - but she wouldn't find it wrong if others did either.
