Florida (USA) - Was Batman or Spider-Man the culprit? When Amanda Ivanelli went into her bedroom earlier this month, she found her expensive make-up spilt on the floor. As her two youngest sons Luca and CJ were in disguise at the time, Ivanelli had to conduct her "interrogation" with two superheroes. What the boys then told her has since caused a lot of laughter on TikTok .

In the hit, which has been clicked on 1.7 million times, the brothers from Florida stand like two innocent lambs in the bathroom, which is adjacent to the bedroom. Their mother now wants to know who is responsible for the mess.

But the boys play the game their own way. Instead of settling the blame among themselves, they divert suspicion in another direction and claim that it was the family dog, Marco.

Spider-Man, alias Luca, is particularly self-confident in this curious clip, giving his answers fearlessly and without hesitation.

Batman CJ acts somewhat differently, preferring to pull his raised mask back over his face.

But who was it?

"I had just cleaned it up and Spider-Man was looking directly at the spot where it had spilled. If you look at the video, you see him pointing at the spot where the stuff spilled, and then Batman points at a different spot. That's how I caught him," Ivanelli said in an interview with Newsweek this week.

Batman was therefore innocent and had probably only agreed to his brother's lie out of solidarity. His mother let the camera roll anyway to see what happened.

However, the boys were not impressed by this and bravely stuck to their version of the story.

This in turn impressed their mother. "I was secretly proud of them, because that is definitely the definition of brotherhood, also known as the bro code," says the US-American.
