Mechanic has to look twice at what he finds under the car and films it immediately

Townsville (Australia) - A car mechanic from Queensland, Australia, made an unprecedented discovery on Monday. Dean thought he had seen everything about cars - and was proved wrong. After a second look, he pulled out his camera to shoot a "video of proof".

In the curious clip, the expert stands in his workshop next to the vehicle, which is already on a lift. Then he shows it: there's a fish in the radiator fan!

"I've seen a lot of strange things, but I've never seen anything like this," the car expert explained in an interview with Yahoo News Australia.

The car owner had previously told him a story that no longer made sense. The woman from Townsville had insisted that she had not driven through the floods in north Queensland, Dean said.

After his discovery, however, he had serious doubts about this version of the story. Instead, the car mechanic explained how exactly the car must have ended up in his workshop.

"The fish actually stopped the fan spinning, which explains why it was overheating," Dean explained to Australian News magazine.

He added: "There were a lot of scales on the bottom and I had to pull them all out, it was actually quite disgusting."

After the unusual incident, the Australian said that it once again perfectly demonstrated why you should never drive through flood water. Nevertheless, he described this particular case as unique.

While Dean's customer had the trouble, TikTok users can now have a good laugh at the hilarious clip.

Since the beginning of the week, it has already received more than 225,000 clicks and many thousands of likes.
