California/USA - The Coachella Festival in California ( USA ) is once again causing a stir this year - especially when it comes to the prices of food and drinks.

Visitors describe the costs they have to pay for their food as "diabolical".

As the New York Post reported, one influencer claimed to have spent around 88 euros on a menu of tacos and lemonade.

Ruth Viveros showed her meal in a TikTok video - just five tacos and a plate of nachos were included.

Particularly bitter: the lemonade alone cost around 15 euros and, according to Ruth, consisted almost exclusively of ice cubes. Even more sobering was the fact that she didn't like the food.

"They're not good, not good at all. The tortillas are ice cold," said the influencer.

A vodka Red Bull costs around 20 euros, a beer costs 13 euros.

But it's not just the prices for food and drink that are hefty. A ticket for the first festival weekend costs around 571 euros, for the second around 527 euros.

Last year, a user had already complained about the prices - he had paid around 56 euros for cucumber water and two breakfast burritos.
