Blonde is not taken seriously in a car repair shop: Then it gets embarrassing!

Space Coast (USA) - We live in the year 2025 and yet women are simply not taken seriously in many areas. Especially in industries that are dominated by men, women have to be prepared for little respect. Just like Lauren-Ann Graham, who was taken for a fool in a car repair shop. If the employee had known who he was dealing with, he would probably have kept his mouth shut.

The young woman from Florida had taken her car to the garage that day for a repair. Instead of simply receiving the service she was paying for, Graham had to endure a veritable lecture on the mechanics of her vehicle.

Unfortunately, the blonde certainly knew a lot more about how a car works than the mechanic in front of her.

Lauren-Ann works nowhere else but at a NASA center. As a mechanical test engineer, she is currently working on the Orion spacecraft. Previously, she excelled as a jet propulsion engineer and in robotic mining, among other things.

Her ultimate goal is to one day sit in a rocket herself and flyinto space .

So no man ever has to tell her anything about mechanics or cars!

Graham's "mansplaining" experience quickly went viral on TikTok and even reached Canadian superstar Shania Twain (59), from whom the NASA scientist had used the fitting 90s song "That Don't Impress Me Much" for her video.

The singer commented: "Okay, so you're a rocket scientist? THAT really impresses me a lot."

With her clip, Lauren-Ann jumped on a current trend of users commenting on the internet about everyday experiences where they were not taken seriously as a female person simply because they are a woman.
