Birthday boy gets toy motorcycle: But what happens behind him makes hearts skip a beat

Arkansas (USA) - A TikTok video from Arkansas has been taking so many hearts by storm since the end of February: in it, young Case can be seen on his 12th birthday as he is unwrapping his presents. But while the schoolboy is delighted with a toy motorcycle, something much bigger is being prepared behind his back.

It is a rollercoaster of emotions that can be seen in the curious video. While the newly turned twelve-year-old smiles at the fact that he got a blue bike instead of the red one he wanted, his father pushes a real Honda CRF125F into the living room in the background.

Hilariously, the American wants to surprise his son with the sound of the engine. Unfortunately, he doesn't manage to start the bike at first. While a hint of nervousness breaks out behind his son's back, Case finally turns around.

Shortly afterwards, it's all over for the boy. Overwhelmed, he runs to his sister, crying his eyes out as he hugs her with joy.

Finally, he goes to his first motorcycle, which incidentally has exactly the desired red color that he missed in the toy version.

One question remains: what exactly is a twelve-year-old supposed to do with a motorcycle?

In fact, it is not only Americans who are allowed to get on a motorized two-wheeler at such a young age. Even in Germany, Honda's website states the following about the model: "The perfect entry-level motorcycle for young riders aged 10 and up who want to have fun and are looking for a motorcycle that does justice to their off-road passion."

The vehicle is more of a low-powered mountain bike. Nevertheless, most parents' hair will stand on end when they see their children of this age on something that looks like a motorcycle.

Accordingly, his mother Sarah Stevens admitted in an interview with Newsweek this week, "I was always a definite no. His dad finally talked me into it because Case is so responsible about other activities we like to do."

However, it's not just her son who is delighted with the gift, but also the TikTok audience, for whom the emotional aspect is likely to be the main focus.

More than 11 million clicks and 1.5 likes have now been accumulated. A real happy ending.
