106-kilo woman loses a lot of weight: New look doesn't just knock her socks off
Ventura (California) - From 106 to 56 kilograms: Sara Conde (22) from Ventura, California, can't believe how different she looks now that she has fought her way through her diet. But it's not just the paralegal who feels this way, but also millions of people on TikTok.

Last month, Conde posted a before and after comparison that has since achieved 9.6 million clicks and 1.6 million likes. The success is no coincidence. The young woman is almost unrecognizable at around 50 kilograms lighter. But how did she do it?
Conde made it easy for herself: she went for a 20-minute walk every day or did a workout of a similar length. She also switched her diet to fewer calories - the absolute basics.
"My diet previously consisted of large amounts of junk food - sweets, ice cream, soft drinks and fast food. I always left room for dessert after every meal," said Conde in a recent interview with Newsweek.
Losing weight was then no walk in the park and created new problems, according to the 22-year-old.

"Losing weight hasn't magically solved everything," said the Californian. There are still insecurities "and, frankly, new problems - like dealing with sagging skin or the realization that losing weight doesn't automatically make you happy," she added to the US magazine.
Nevertheless, Conde has gained a lot of self-confidence and regularly celebrates her successes on TikTok , where she also shows off her hard training sessions in the gym.
Meanwhile, she doesn't want to give up snacking and the like. "But instead of eating a whole bag of sweets at once, I only eat a few pieces," says the 56-kilo woman.
The bottom line, however, is that Conde remains self-critical: "I regret not focusing on building muscle sooner. It's been a journey and I'm still figuring it all out."
