Woman wants to buy presents for Christmas - and is found dead!
Littleton (USA) - A 46-year-old woman from the US state of Colorado went missing after going to the mall to do some Christmas shopping. Her body has now been discovered.
It was supposed to be a relaxed Christmas shopping trip for Jayna Lang. But instead of going to the mall, the 46-year-old disappeared without a trace - apparently on the way there.
It is now certain: Jayna Lang took her own life, as the Colorado police confirmed to Daily Mail.
The last message she sent to her family reached her brother on November 24: she was on her way to the outlets. No one had heard from her since.
Her family was deeply worried. Jayna was normally in constant contact with her relatives, especially her aunt, with whom she spoke on the phone almost every day.
Her employer also got in touch to say that she hadn't come to the pet care business for her job.
The police searched for her car
It is still unclear whether Jayna Lang had actually driven to the outlets.
Her white car with the distinctive license plate "JAYNA" was possibly last seen on the side of the road, but so far there have been no other concrete clues as to where she might be.
The 46-year-old was considered a sporty nature lover and regularly visited the mountains around the Indian Mountain settlement. It was therefore quite possible that she had spontaneously set off on a hike or an excursion. But so far there has been no trace to confirm this assumption.
Neither the police nor her family have released any further details about her death.
TAG24 does not normally report on possible suicides.
