Woman starts screaming in the MRI: The reason is for adults
USA - A 23-year-old woman from the USA complained of severe pain after an MRI scan and threatened to faint. As it turned out, the reason was something for adults. Now the incident is a case for the courts.
The New York Post reported that the young American woman made her way to the MRI with a sex toy in her butt.
The 23-year-old assumed that her anal toy would be made of 100 percent silicone according to the manufacturer's instructions and that she could safely lie down in the MRI with it in the hope of some distraction.
However, there was a catch. The butt plug was not made entirely of silicone, but also contained a small amount of metal. This had fatal and unexpected consequences for the young woman.
As the patient lay in the "tube", the sex toy - caused by the magnetic waves of the MRI machine - is said to have been pulled through her body and into her chest cavity, causing severe pain.
Patient allegedly sued manufacturer of her adult toy
According to the report, the 23-year-old screamed and was close to fainting. Medics at the scene immediately called an ambulance. The ambulance took the young woman to a clinic.
None of the radiology staff on duty at the time claims to have known that their patient had something stuck in her backside.
It is not known how the American woman is doing today. She has not yet responded to calls from the radiologists. However, the patient is said to have taken action elsewhere.
The 23-year-old has reportedly instructed a lawyer to sue the manufacturer of her sex toy! The plug was advertised as "100 percent silicone", but apparently had a metallic core. That hurt. Outcome open!
