Woman finds three homeless kittens: What she does next warms all hearts

Moscow (Russia) - A pet owner found three shy, homeless kittens on the street. What she did next warmed the hearts of many onlookers.

The woman had already come across the stray animals several times. Then she decided to do something good for them.

The woman from Russia reported her encounter with the trio of stray cats on Reddit .

She often noticed the kittens outside in the same place when she was out and about, the woman said. "They are fed and have a shelter, but I have never seen them play."

After some thought, she decided to give the three kittens an old toy that her own house cats hadn't wanted to play with for some time.

"They are always cautious and usually hide from humans. I hope this gives them a chance to be kittens and have some fun, free from fear and worry," the woman wrote on Reddit, sharing a short video.

In the clip, the three strays can be seen gathering around a plastic deck with play balls. It quickly becomes apparent that the kittens seem to have a lot of fun with the ball game.

So that they could play carefree, the woman gave the three cats the old toys of her own house cats.

Woman wants to find new home for homeless kitten

More than 400 Reddit users commented in the comments section. The video collected over 60,000 likes. "Thank you for taking care of her!" wrote one user, while another added: "You are such a good person." The woman's simple but kind act resonated with many viewers around the world.

Many also asked what would happen to the cats now - and immediately asked the Russian woman if she could take the animals in or find other owners for them.

The woman replied promisingly: "It's already in the works, lol. We have to catch them first and have them examined by a vet. The three new roommates would be too much for my own cats, but we are now looking for new foster parents. If you see this video, please share it. These babies and their mom need a loving forever home!"
