Amy shared a video on her TikTok channel "amywvlogs" that quickly went viral.

In the clip, you can see how the pet owner's boyfriend, who originally didn't want a cat , literally outgrows himself and prepares a hot water bottle for the little four-legged friend.

She wrote on her clip: "Cat dad for life."

The house cat is a Ragdoll cat. The cat breed was bred in America in the early 1960s.

"You can not want something and still love it", wrote one user in the comments section, while a viewer reported: "My boyfriend didn't want a cat either. Anyway, we have three now and he's even built them a playground in the basement."

Cold-sensitive cats can easily be helped

As Amy told Newsweek , her Ragdoll cat won her boyfriend's heart in a flash. It didn't take long for the two of them to hit it off.
