Smashing through room doors with heads: Student fraternity goes on the rampage in hotel
By Michael Evers
Risoul (France) - Members of the notorious Dutch student fraternity Vindicat got so out of line on a skiing vacation in France that the group of over 100 had to leave early.

Under the influence of alcohol and drugs, there was violence and damage to property in a hotel in the southern French winter sports resort of Risoul, reported the newspaper"Le Parisien".
According to the Dutch newspaper"Algemeen Dagblad (AD)", there were not only fights - some students from the University of Groningen even smashed through the doors of the hotel rooms with their heads, as pictures circulating on X and elsewhere show.
In addition, participants of the trip are said to have poured washing-up liquid over computers and misused balconies and elevators as toilets.
A police officer told the Dutch newspaper that they had faced around 100 students with only six officers, all of whom were under the influence of drugs and behaving aggressively.
This is not the first time that students from the Vindicat association have caused a stir: according to AD, the association has made the headlines several times in recent years after violent incidents, among other things.
