Simone Lugner can't believe how her Richard's grave was desecrated!
Vienna - Who would do such a thing? Big shock on Monday morning at the grave of Richard "Mörtel" Lugner (†91)! The final resting place of the Viennese building tycoon was defiled by vandals. Widow Simone Lugner (42) was horrified in the evening.

Lugner's grave in the Grinzing cemetery was actually already decorated for Christmas. A magnificent Advent wreath stood on the stone - in its center a framed photo of "Mörtel" and his Simone, whom he had married just a few weeks before his death.
But that very picture has now been destroyed! Pictures in the Kronen-Zeitung newspaper show that the attacker or attackers probably wanted to send a strong message to the deceased Austrian 's sixth wife.
Because the photo is torn right through between the two spouses. Particularly violent: Simone Lugner's head was also separated from her body, symbolically decapitating the widow.
The 42-year-old's horror was correspondingly great when she found out about the attack on her husband's grave.

"I was shocked, I immediately felt completely different, a really bad feeling in my stomach, in my whole body," Simone Lugner told the newspaper on Monday evening.
The Lugner widow no longer understood the world: "For God's sake, who does something like that? It must have been done by a really sick person," she was sure.
She discovered on site "that fortunately the rest of the decorations and grave decorations are still in order and that everything fits".
But that only makes it all the clearer that it was a targeted message to Simone Lugner. "It was really just an attack against me," the 42-year-old also believed. "It's terrible that there are people who do things like that."
Richard "Mörtel" Lugner died on August 12 at the age of 91. A large funeral service was held in St. Stephen's Cathedral on August 31 . He was then buried.
