Model and family abducted in brutal attack!

São Paulo (Brazil) - A renowned model was kidnapped together with her husband and eleven-year-old daughter in front of a restaurant and taken hostage.

An ordinary family dinner took a harrowing turn when model Luciana Curtis, her husband, photographer Henrique Gendre, and their 11-year-old daughter were the victims of a dramatic attack.

As Daily Mail reports, the family was attacked and taken hostage by armed robbers just as they were leaving a restaurant in the upmarket Alto do Lapa district.

The perpetrators held the family hostage for around twelve hours. They robbed the car, stole money from the couple's bank accounts and forced them to stay in a remote wooden hut in the Brasilândia district.

This hut, which was only equipped with a mattress, a toilet and a sink, became a cruel prison for the three, who lived in fear and uncertainty during this time.

The couple's eldest child, who had stayed at home, noticed that the family had not returned.

Worried about the disappearance of her parents and sister, she immediately informed the police.

They reacted quickly and launched an extensive manhunt to find the abductees.

The operation ultimately led to the perpetrators releasing the family on Thursday and then fleeing themselves.

Officers are currently conducting an intensive investigation and analyzing surveillance camera footage to establish the identity of the gang.

Although the family is now safe, Luciana Curtis and her husband have not yet spoken publicly about their dramatic experience.
