Foster mother crushes adopted son (†10) with her own body weight: Now she has to go behind bars!

Indiana (USA) - After a foster mother lay down on her ten-year-old adopted son and he suffocated, Jennifer Wilson (48) has now been sentenced to prison!

The 48-year-old pleaded guilty to the terrible crime in the US state of Indiana last October.

On Friday, she was sentenced to six years in prison. However, she will be allowed to spend the last year of her sentence on probation, as People reported.

The gruesome crime took place in April last year after ten-year-old Dakota Stevens ran away to his neighbors and asked them to adopt him.

Wilson is said to have been furious and laid on top of the little boy for around five minutes - at the time of the crime she is said to have weighed 154 kilograms.

Only when she got up did she realize that Dakota was no longer responsive. In a panic, she immediately called an ambulance, but the boy was pronounced dead in hospital just two days later.
