Farmers see mysterious "HELP" on the road: what they do next saves man's life
Charleville (Australia) - A man went missing in the Australian outback for a whole two days without a trace. But then two cattle farmers suddenly saw a large "HELP" written on a road and decided to investigate.

According to a report on the Australian news portal"7news", a man failed to return to his home last Friday evening, prompting the launch of a large-scale search operation. However, neither his family nor the police were able to locate the man.
There had been heavy rainfall in the region over the past few days, causing much of the land to be flooded. To see if all the cattle were still okay, the two farm owners Bronte and Max decided to drive around the area. But suddenly they saw something they would never have thought possible. Someone had written a huge "HELP" on the road with arrows pointing in a very specific direction.
The two ranchers followed the arrows to an animal lick that looked like someone had tried to build a makeshift shelter there. And sure enough, the missing man was lying under the tarpaulin!
He told them that he had been surprised by the heavy rain and floods and had got stuck in the mud with his off-road vehicle. Knowing he had to do something to help others find him, he walked a full 60 kilometers in one direction until he finally wrote the word "HELP" on the road.
In an interview, Bronte said: "He looked completely exhausted, sunburnt and dehydrated." The two decided to take him to their farm first to give him some food.

Bronte and Max even pulled the car out of the mud
Once they arrived at the farm, Bronte and Max gave the man water, food and first aid. Of course, they also called the ambulance and offered to take care of the stuck SUV. Eventually, the missing man was flown to a nearby hospital where he was reunited with his family.
But the real heroes of the rescue were Bronte and Max, who not only saved a man from dying of thirst, but also pulled his truck out of the swamp.
