Demi Moore's first acting award! Which Germans came away empty-handed at the Golden Globes

USA -The 82nd Golden Globes ceremony took place on Monday night in the US city of Los Angeles. 27 trophies were awarded in various film and television categories.

US actress Demi Moore (62) has won the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Comedy/Musical.

The 62-year-old impressed with her role in the horror film "The Substance" by French actress Coralie Fargeat (48). In it, she plays an older actress whose fame has faded somewhat and who therefore wants to optimize her youthful appearance.

Moore was visibly moved when she accepted the award. She has been working as an actress for 45 years, but this is the first time she has won anything, said Moore.

The film composers and musicians Trent Reznor (59) and Atticus Ross (56) won the Golden Globe with the soundtrack to the film "Challengers". German composers Hans Zimmer (67) and Volker Bertelmann (58), on the other hand, came away empty-handed.

Romanian-American actor Sebastian Stan (42) has won the Golden Globe for Best Leading Actor in a Comedy/Musical. The 42-year-old actor impressed with his role in the black comedy "A Different Man".

It is about a man with a deformed face who is transformed into an outwardly attractive man following an experiment. Contrary to expectations, this does not bring him luck.

German production came away empty-handed

The opulent historical drama "Shogun" and the smart showbiz comedy "Hacks" have won awards for best series of the year at the Golden Globes. The literary adaptation "Shogun" was declared the best drama series of the year by the foreign press in Hollywood.

Hiroyuki Sanada (64) and Anna Sawai (32) also won the Golden Globe for best drama lead actor.

Tadanobu Asano (51) was awarded Best TV Supporting Actor. The historical series about Japanese samurai culture had already won 18 Emmy Awards in September, a new record for the TV awards.

Brazilian Fernanda Torres (59) has won the Golden Globe for leading actress in a drama. The 59-year-old actress impressed with her role in "I'm Still Here" by Brazilian filmmaker Walter Salles (68). The film tells the story of a family that experienced the cruel effects of the Brazilian military dictatorship in the 1970s.

The French production "Emilia Pérez" won the Golden Globe in the Comedy/Musical category. The musical film by star director Jacques Audiard (72) prevailed against "Anora", "Challengers", "A Real Pain", "The Substance" and "Wicked".

It is about a Mexican cartel boss who has his gender changed to female. The Spanish actress Karla Sofía Gascón plays the leading role.

The German co-production "Die Saat des heiligen Feigenbaums" came away empty-handed at the Golden Globe awards.
