Brutal attack? Ex sues Nicolas Cage and their son!

Los Angeles (California, USA) - Strong accusations against her son and the father of her child: Christina Fullton (57) wants to sueWeston Cage Coppola (34) and her ex-boyfriend Nicolas Cage (61). The 34-year-old is said to have violently attacked his mother in April 2024 - Nicolas Cage himself is partly to blame.

As the Los Angeles Times and People reported, citing court documents, Fulton wants to take action against both of them in a civil lawsuit. There are allegations of assault by Weston Cage Coppola. Nicolas Cage ignored the alleged psychological problems of his son Weston. This would have made his alleged behavior possible in the first place.

Fulton is now demanding unspecified damages for the "catastrophic physical, emotional and economic harm she has suffered as a result of an unprovoked attack by her son Weston", according to the lawsuit.

In a statement, Nicolas Cage's lawyer, Brian Wolf, dismissed the allegations against his client as "absurd". "Weston Coppola is a 34-year-old man," Wolf said. "Mr. Cage does not control Weston's behavior in any way and is not responsible for Weston's alleged assault on his mother."

Weston's attorney, Michael Goldstein, also called the lawsuit "nothing more than a money-making scheme and a quest for media attention" and said Nicolas Cage had nothing to do with Weston's condition.

But what is said to have happened? Fullton initially had a verbal argument with her son on April 28, 2024 (local time), after which the argument degenerated into violence. The crime scenes were an elevator, a lobby and a parking lot near an apartment complex.

Weston inflicted serious and life-threatening injuries on her. These included a concussion, an eye injury and several bruises.

A few months later, Weston Cage Coppola was arrested but released on bail. He denied the charge of assault at the time.

Christina Fullton is an actress and model and was together with Oscar winner Nicolas Cage from 1988 to 1991.
