Bitch stares upwards in train: What fascinates her there makes tears of laughter flow

Sweden - She has already seen a lot in her life. Because dog Leya from Sweden regularly travels through Scandinavia with her owner Minette (31). A few days ago, she was once again traveling by train through her home country. However, something that could be seen directly above the dog's nose aroused her interest.

In a curious TikTok clip (see below), Leya sits on a train and stares upwards, fascinated, almost hypnotized. The audience is not kept in suspense for long, as the camera pans to the object of desire after just a few seconds.

No, it's not a sausage hovering over the furry friend, but Leya herself. In fact, the dog is reflected quite well in the tray above. Leya is obviously wondering who the fellow above her is and whether he might want to come down.

The fascinated dog is very well received by the TikTok audience. Since November 28, the video has received more than 900,000 clicks and a good 220,000 likes. There are also a lot of teary-eyed emojis in the comments column.

Reason enough for Newsweek to check in with Leya's mistress. The US magazine spoke to the Swede this week.

"This train journey was almost 900 kilometers long. We visited the family in the north of Sweden. She behaved so well on the train. But someone was looking down on her from above, it was so sweet," the 31-year-old told the news site.

For Minette, Leya is an important part of the family. Without her, the young woman could do next to nothing: "She's the sweetest Staffy who loves to sleep in the morning, cuddle with people and run around in the woods."

Leya also accompanies her to restaurants, cafés, bars and even to the movies, says the proud owner.

It's only when a dog looks down on her from above that even the experienced Leya can become completely flustered.
