Now the beautiful Australian, who is often mistaken for the mother of her grandchildren, has opened up about one of her beauty secrets: Lemons!
Stewart had already revealed a while ago that she would be using cryotherapy - whole-body treatments with extreme cold - as part of her beauty program . But the yellow citrus fruit also plays an important role, as she now explained on her Insta page.
"Lemons are a fantastic remedy for regeneration and healing, I've been adding two lemons to my smoothie every day for years," she wrote. The fruit is also very good for the skin.
The vitamin C is very important for a strong immune system. The 54-year-old is also certain that the vitamin works wonders "when it comes to preventing premature skin ageing and limiting skin damage".
The "hottest granny in the world" then goes on to list a whole host of other benefits of lemons. They are said to be useful for younger-looking skin, better blood pressure and faster fat burning, among other things.

The Australian even confessed to the Daily Star that she would also use lemons as a natural deodorant!
"Lemons last more than 24 hours and are better than any deodorant on the market. They give me 24-hour protection with no odor and are 100 percent natural," she enthused about the rhomboid plants.
Gina Stewart emphasized: Lemons are one of the "most important things for my health and fitness, especially for my skin, and I would recommend others to do the same, because lemons have many health-promoting properties."
