Father bakes croissants for daughter: the result is a big laugh
Sweden - He only meant well: a few days ago, a man from Sweden wanted to make his daughter happy with a few home-baked croissants. But when Clara Norling saw the result, she didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Meanwhile, the TikTok audience has been in agreement ever since the young woman published a video with the "result".

In the TikTok clip (see below), the camera pans from a cooking pot to the baking tray on which the "croissants" are lying. Unfortunately, the pastries look more like breadsticks that are a little too dark.
In the commentary, Norling writes ironically: "Good job, Dad." Meanwhile, the TikTok audience is beside itself with excitement.
In just four days, the curious video received 4.6 million clicks and a good 660,000 likes.
"I usually post about my life with horses, but this was too funny not to post online," said the Swede in an interview with Newsweek this week.
But how did the back accident happen in the first place?

"After my stay abroad, I'm back with my parents and it's great because I always get free food and my dad is a great cook," Norling told the US magazine.
However, things are very different when it comes to baking. "It didn't work out as planned and we laughed about it together," said the Scandinavian.
But the man also scores points with his daughter outside of his baking skills, as they have a very close relationship. Norling describes him as "the nicest and most helpful person in the world".
"He really is the kind of father who knows everything, but apparently not how to bake croissants," she concludes razor-sharp.
Still, there's at least a second thing the man doesn't understand: "My dad thinks it's crazy that over four million people have seen the video, but it's also really funny."
