Creepy find during party night: Men think severed head is decoration

Edinburgh - During a wild night of partying, a group of men were walking through an alleyway in Edinburgh when they saw a head lying in the street. Convinced it was a leftover Halloween decoration, one of the men grabbed the hair and lifted it up - but then came the shock: it was a real human head!
