Pitbull is lonely after moving house: what his owners surprise him with melts hearts
Vancouver Island (Canada) - All pit bulls are aggressive fighting dogs? Not at all! Pitbull Jazz from Canada is the best example of the fact that dogs of this type also have a gentle side - and sometimes wish they had another four-legged friend by their side ...
Just over three years ago, his owner, Annafelle Mendoza, moved to another city. When she arrived in her new home and neighborhood, the Canadian quickly noticed that her furry friend was feeling lonely.
The dog owner therefore didn't think twice and decided to give her four-legged friend a very special surprise - and help another animal in the process.
Annafelle became aware of "Scruffy" through the "B.C. SPCA" organization. The little white dog had been handed in to the animal shelter at the age of 13 because his owner had to go into a care home himself.
The dog's owner immediately fell in love with the four-legged "grandpa" and felt that he was also the right choice for her pit bull.

And she was right: Jazz and Scruffy hit it off straight away. "Now he's 16.5 years old and Jazz's best friend/brother," writes Annafelle on TikTok, where she posted a video showing the two dogs cuddling on her bed.
"Adopting an older dog was the best thing we ever did," says the Canadian.
This successful reunion of two dogs is melting thousands of hearts on TikTok. Annafelle's clip has already been viewed over 300,000 times. In the comments section, users are raving: "How he cuddles up to his buddy!!! So cute."
Another says: "I hope the previous owner feels that his dog is cared for and loved so, soooo much."
As PetHelpful reports, older dogs are often overlooked in animal shelters. Yet four-legged grandpas are often much calmer animals and are usually already well behaved.
