Woman on vacation forced to say goodbye to her dog via video app
Australia - Pet owner Carly was on vacation when her beloved dog came to an end. She was only able to say goodbye to him via video chat.

The clip triggered great sympathy on TikTok.
The young woman had been away from home for two weeks when she received the terrible phone call. Her boyfriend told her that her dog Muffin was not well at all.
"Then a few days later, my mom called me and said that his health had deteriorated quickly and they couldn't wait any longer," Carly told Newsweek.
"We never wanted to cause him pain or keep him for our own selfish desires, so I knew I just had to say goodbye on my cell phone," Carly said.
She shared her heartbreaking final goodbye to Muffinon TikTok . The clip shows the 18-year-old dog in a stroller - surrounded by his family, who give him lots of kisses and cuddles.

It hurt Carly to know that she couldn't physically be there. She wrote on her video that saying goodbye was the "worst pain" she had ever felt. When Muffin died, he was gently wrapped in a blanket.
Muffin was the most loving dog that had ever lived, Carly said. It was all the more depressing for her that she could only say goodbye to him via the video app FaceTime.
"We had a great relationship. I had him since he was a puppy and got him when I was about six years old. He was my childhood best friend and he had a great life with 18 long, happy years," she said.
Knowing that her dog had the best life, filled with lots of love and happiness, is helping Carly to cope with her grief. Her clip went viral on TikTok with over two million views.
