Netherlands - What on earth was his owner trying to tell him? That's exactly what golden retriever Bearson seemed to be thinking recently when his owner had some fun with him.

In a video on the dog 's TikTok account , Giorgina Juanita recently showed what happens when she takes her pet for a ride.

She set out to give Bearson the same command over and over again - and to really confuse him.

And it worked wonderfully. Again and again, the four-legged friend was told to "give a paw". Bearson followed the command obediently - over and over again.

After he had carried out the command several times, however, the dog slowly but surely seemed to be feeling a little foolish.

When his owner asked him to lift his paw for the fifth time, it almost seemed as if he was frowning. He did what was asked of him obediently. However, he seemed to know exactly what was coming next. And so, wisely, he didn't put his leg down at all.

He kept his gaze lowered, seeming almost embarrassed by the camera pointing at his face. His every movement also slowed down - as if he was asking Juanita to stop fooling around.

After Bearson had finally raised his paw for what felt like the tenth time, he seemed to have had enough of the circus.

Before Juanita even got the chance to ask him again, he quickly snuggled his head into her lap.

The young woman simply laughed in response. Let's hope that Bearson got something out of it too - and at least got a treat for his good behavior.
