Australia - A video showing a cute encounter between a dog and a seal has gone viral on TikTok.
The clip, which was shared on the TikTok channel "aimeebelll", shows the amazing animal encounter at close range.
The video shows a dog going into the water on a beach in Perth, Western Australia, and encountering a seal.
"The cutest thing I've seen all day," wrote Aimee, the dog's owner, about her video.
As innocent as the moment in the clip may be, according to animal experts, dogs can disturb seals while they are resting and recovering.
If a seal feels threatened, it can also attack the dog. Last but not least, some diseases can also be transmitted between the animals.
Nevertheless, the numerous spectators were delighted by the special moment. "Okay, that's really the cutest thing I've ever seen," wrote one user.
