Because her dogs attacked: Woman looks out of the window and can't believe what she sees
Austin (Texas) - Because her dogs were barking, a woman from Texas looked curiously out of the window of her ranch. What she discovered there broke her heart. Someone had abandoned several animals there. But thanks to her, the story had a happy ending!

When Emily Blincoe looked out of the window at the fields outside her house in Austin on Wednesday, she was probably expecting a lot of things, but certainly not this!
From a distance, she couldn't immediately identify the black figures jumping around in the meadow. "What's that?" the US-American is heard asking in a TikTok video in amazement. "Are those birds? Are they little skunks?"
Only when she got closer did she realize that there was a litter of tiny puppies roaming around - in the freezing cold and completely alone, without their mother!
A total of five baby dogs came rushing towards her, apparently having been abandoned in the field by their former owner.
As it was only minus 6 degrees Celsius that day, Emily didn't hesitate and immediately brought the litter into her warm garage, where she laid out a blanket and fed the four-legged friends.

As the Texan was already responsible for several animals of her own - including two goats that still had to be bottle-fed - and her neighbors' four-legged friends, she knew that she would not be able to take sufficient care of the little orphans.
She therefore alerted the local animal shelter, which picked up the litter of German shepherd mongrels. Thanks to the attention Emily's story attracted on social media, it was only a few hours before at least some of the puppies were adopted.
Emily's cousin's partner also gave one of the babies a new home. This adoption was particularly touching for the US-American, as the woman had lost her beloved dog just two years ago.
And as fate would have it, the abandoned litter included a black puppy with a white paw, just like the deceased four-legged friend.
