City-famous cat goes viral: he's up to mischief everywhere
Plymouth (England) - If extraversion and boldness could produce a baby, the result would probably be Mischief the cat. The four-legged friend is well-known in the English city of Plymouth because he simply roams around everywhere. The locals have even created a map to track the animal's movements.

Whether in the office, at church or in the supermarket: there is probably no place where the inhabitants of the English city have not yet seen the black and white cat.
Mischief - which, incidentally, translates as "mischief" in German - is not at all shy. The four-legged friend is cheeky enough to go into people's homes and let them feed and cuddle him. Sometimes he doesn't even take the official route through the door, but gains illegal access through tilted windows, for example. It is even said that he once broke into a naval base.
In a video that has been clicked on millions of times, TikToker Amii summarized the famous animal's activities: "There's a cat called Mischief who gets up to so much mischief that the locals have set up a Facebook page to keep an eye on him."
This is a Facebook group called"Mischief's adventures in Plymouth". There you can find hundreds of photos of places where the neutered velvet paw has already been caught.
And there are quite a few!

Interactive map tracks hangover excursions

Mischief has already been photographed in schools, bars, gyms, vehicles and shopping centers. The cat covers many kilometers every day on his exploratory tours. "It's a whole city," Amii emphasizes. "These places are miles apart".
Residents can enter where they have seen the animal on an interactive map. This makes it possible for his fans to keep track of which corners Mischief visits for the first time or more frequently. It also allows owner Tonie Lauren to keep an eye on her beloved cat if he has been missing for a while.
Because, even if you might think so from his wanderings, Mischief is by no means a homeless stray. He lives with his brother "Chaos" with Tonie and her children. "Sometimes I have to ground him when he goes too far, I have to remind him that he has a home," explains the Brit in an interview with Plymouth Live.
Her biggest worry is that the chipped cat won't come home because he's being fed somewhere else.
Fortunately, this has not yet been the case. Tonie can now also rely on the other locals who know Mischief. "I was told that a team will go around and collect him if he goes too far," says TikToker Amii.
